The South Dearborn schools central office meeting room was overflowing with concerned citizens for a school board work session Tuesday night, July 7.

The packed room was a little taken aback when school board president Bill Lane Jr. stated no public comment would be heard during the meeting.

Indiana's public smoking ban has been on the books for three years, and this summer legislators will explore the law's benefits to determine whether it can be expanded.

It’s puppy and kitten time at the Red Wolf Sanctuary just outside Rising Sun. But don’t look for domestic varieties. The newest residents are gray wolf puppies and bobcat kittens.

LAWRENCEBURG - Owensboro, Kentucky, native Tyler Nicely won the fourth annual Merrill Downey Memorial at Lawrenceburg Speedway Saturday night.
