Cincy duo arrested in G’dale for trafficking heroin PDF Print E-mail

Dearborn County Special Crimes Unit Detectives, Greendale, Lawrenceburg and Indiana State Police arrested two people for trafficking heroin.
Arrested were Toriauna Anderson, 21, of 3097 McHenry Ave., Cincinnati, charged with two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, a class B felony; Jesse Teshawne Ruffin, 25, of 3583 Alaska Drive, Cincinnati, charged with conspiracy to commit dealing in a narcotic drug, a class B felony, according to a press release from the Dearborn County Prosecutor’s office.

The investigation began earlier in May on inforamtion received by SCU detectives.

The duo were observed by police  in a business parking lot on Flossie Drive, Greendale, meeting a person to deliver heroin.

After the delivery took place, police surrounded the suspects’ vehicle and arrested the pair, according to the press release.
