Cincinnati State Technical and Community College plans to expand academic course offerings at its Harrison campus, which is now used primarily for aviation-related programs.

Dr. Monica Posey, Cincinnati State’s academic vice president, said the college plans to offer a variety of courses starting with the 2013 Fall Semester and gradually expand those offerings.

“Our research indicates there’s a significant demand in western Hamilton County and southeastern Indiana among those who would like to get a start on a college education close to home, and avoid long, costly commutes,” said Posey.
