LAWRENCEBURG – Ironically. Lawrenceburg's new athletics director hails from the same hometown as the outgoing one.

Joe Vogelgesang, a Lawrenceburg School Corp. employee for 14 years and LHS head baseball coach for the past 11, is a native of Harrison, Ohio.

Current 13-year AD Glenn Crocker, whose contract was not renewed by the school board, also is a former Harrison Wildcat.
