LAWRENCEBURG – Lawrenceburg hosts the first and second rounds of the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference 2012 junior varsity baseball tournament Saturday.

Four games are slated to be played, at Pat O'Neill Field (LHS varsity diamond) and the Lawrenceburg Conservancy District Community Athletic Fields.

Two games open tournament play at 10 a.m., with Lawrenceburg vs. Franklin County at Pat O'Neill Field and South Dearborn vs. Greensburg at the Conservancy District Fields.

Second round of games, which begin 20 minutes after the conclusion of the first round (approximately 12 noon) have East Central vs. the Game One winner at Pat O'Neill Field and the Game Two winner vs. Batesville at the Conservancy District Fields.

EIAC Tournament championship game is set for Tuesday, May 15, with the top bracket winner (Pat O'Neill Field games) hosting at a time to be announced.

In case of rain Saturday, efforts will be made to reschedule the first and second rounds for Monday, May 14, with doubleheaders at two sites.

Admission is $3 at all tournament sites.
