HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - The Cincinnati Marlins swim program has a long tradition as a launching pad for the Tri-State area's top talent.

Marlin's latest chapter in that proud history came Wednesday, July 11, in their own Time Trial/Championship Qualifier meet.

Ten-year old Carson Foster, took down the U.S. national 10-and-under age group record in 50-meter butterfly with a time of 30.26 seconds.
