| LHS will honor 2-time state champ football coach |

Former Lawrenceburg High School football coach Dick Meador will be honored for his accomplishes, including to state football championship, during a special ceremony Friday, Sept. 28. The ceremony will take place before LHS home football game versus East Central High School which begins at 7 p.m. Fans are asked to start arriving around 6:30 p.m. to prepare for the ceremony. Meador, was inducted into the Indiana Football Hall of Fame, in 1989. He coached at four different schools for a total of 21 years with a career record of 137-20-2.
