The Form 11 notice of assessment of land and structures will be mailed out Friday, Sept. 14, said Dearborn County Assessor Gary Hensley.

If you own real property in Dearborn County and do not receive your notice contact the Dearborn County Asssessor’s Office at 1-812-537-8809.

Property owners may appeal an assessment within 45 days and the last day will be Monday, Oct. 29.

Property owners cannot appeal the assessment from the tax bill in the spring of 2013, said Hensley.
