CONNERSVILLE - South Dearborn won its 10th Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference wrestling championship on the meet's biggest stage yet, Connersville's 5,000-seat Spartan Bowl, Saturday afternoon.

Nicole Sandmann (5) led East Central with 17 points and 11 rebounds as one of two Trojans to double-double in EC's 66-47 win at Franklin County.

This year the Martin Luther King Jr. Day observance at Union Valley Missionary Baptist Church, Lawrenceburg, was different.

While the gathering was small, many regulars were in attendance, and many participated in the big new thing at the service Monday afternoon, Jan. 19.
