|Moores Hill needs letters now|

Would you like to see Moores Hill free of an eyesore?
The town is seeking a Community Focus Fund grant to tear down what's known as the Brown building, 14542 Main St. But to acquire the grant, it needs to show community support for the demolition.
So the town council is asking folks to write letters of support, telling how the removal of the three-story building, thought to contain hazardous materials, will lead to economic and other improvements for the town.
Letters should be received by this Friday, Sept. 7, and may be emailed to the clerk-treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org, or hand-delivered to the town offices in the Moores Hill Senior Center, 16610 N. Broadway St.
