GREENDALE – The second annual Voices of Indiana Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk is set for a 9:30 a.m. start Saturday morning, Dec. 1.

The 3.1-mile event, a benefit for the Voices of indiana choral program, starts at the Greendale Cabin, with a fast, flat course that winds its way through the neighborhoods of Greendale.

Voices of Indiana – which includes Young Voices, Adult Voices and Broadway Voices – currently is celebrating its 11th anniversary of providing advanced choral experience to students from Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky.

Pre-registered entry fee, postmarked by Nov. 24, is $15, including an official race t-shirt, or $10 without the t-shirt.

Late and race day registration is $20 with the t-shirt, while supplies last, or $15 without the t-shirt.

Top overall female and male 5K run finishers receive awards, plus the top three in each female and male age group category, including 13 and under, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70 and over.

Top female and male finishers in the 5K walk receive awards, along with the top three in each female and male age group: 13 and under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 and over. Walkers must walk the entire course.
