By the end of the season we had representatives from the newspaper, radio, internet, TV, city, fire department, police, local businesses, family and friends all coming out to support the team.

Businesses throughout the town recognized the TIGERS by adding words of encouragement to their street signs to cheer the team on as they fought hard to win their title.

It warms all our hearts to see our town rally together as it did. This bonded our community and brought us closer. We thought the bonfire was the height of all the community rallying, and that it couldn’t get any better. But then came the Regional game on Saturday.

Our seniors have never expected nor experienced such a turnout for a single football game in their four year history. THIS WAS OLD SCHOOL!!!

It’s really hard to find the best way to thank each and every person who came out to support our boys during the season, but this Facebook posting from one of the senior players seems to say it best.

“Thank you to the coaches, the fans, and the entire Lawrenceburg community for supporting us this year. We had a great run but everything good has to come to an end. The Tigers are my family and I’ll always remember this year and all of the fun we had. I’ll always be a Lawrenceburg Tiger at heart and I’ll always bleed orange and black. Thanks again everyone”.
