Knights of Columbus has partnered with Hoxworth Blood Center, University of Cincinnati to host a Community Blood Drive from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, at the Dearborn Adult Center, 311 W. Tate St., Lawrenceburg. The blood drive is being sponsored by St. Lawrence, St. Teresa & St. Mary Parish Councils.

To schedule your appointment, call Dick Herron at 1-812-637-2754. Priority will be given to donors who have scheduled an appointment. Walk-in donors are welcome and will be seen as soon as possible.

Donors must be at least 17 years old, or 16 with a signed parental consent, and in good health. Individuals must weigh at least 110 pounds and bring identification to donate.

It is recommended that donors eat a good meal and drink plenty of water within four hours before donating.
