CONNERSVILLE – South Dearborn boys basketball's unforgiving early schedule continued to the tune of 0-4 with a 15-point loss at Connersville Saturday night.

Spanked 62-32 by visiting East Central Friday, coach Rick Shumate's Knights played more competitively against former SD boss Kerry Brown's crew (3-1) in the 5,000-seat Spartan Bowl.

Coming off its first loss of the season Friday, 61-52 to Rushville, Connersville led narrowly at the first three stops, 14-13, 27-23 and 35-32.
