1992 – The Los Angeles Rams overcome a 27-3 halftime deficit to stun the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Tampa Stadium. Rams score three touchdowns in the third period to cut the margin to 27-24. Quarterback Jim Everett throws two TD strikes of 40 yards to wide receiver Willie (Flipper) Anderson and another of 27 yards to wide receiver Jeff Chadwick. Running back David Lang scores on a one-yard run. With 5:40 left, Everett fires another touchdown, of eight yards, to tight end Pat Carter for a lead the Rams never relinquish.
