Main Street Aurora concluded another year of its “Where is This? Contest Friday, Dec. 28, with David Hizer the winner of the November/December contest.

Aurora Police Chief Bryan Fields drew the winner's name from all those with correct entries.

Hizer correctly identified the mystery metal post at 106 Judiciary St., Aurora, on what formerly was known as the Gabbard building.

Hizer received a $25 gift certificate to Wise Acres Market & Cafe, 339 Second St., Aurora.

Fields then drew Lu Ann Wunderlich's name for the grand prize drawing of $100.

Those eligible for the drawing are those who have gotten all six of the mystery items correct for the Where is This? Contest in 2012.

Others who qualified were Hizer and Robert T. Ruehl.

Main Street Aurora Director Karla Schmeltzer congratulated Wunderlich and Hizer as well as all of the 2012 winners.

“Look for the next mystery item in the January/February edition of the Main Street Aurora newsletter in your Aurora Utility bill,” said Schmeltzer.
