A 15-year project upgrading all of Greendale’s streets and curbs will be about 98 percent complete after the 2013 phase of work. City manager Steve Lampert told Greendale City Council at the Wednesday, Jan. 9, meeting the city will have twice as much curb-street work this year as it has in the past, at a cost of about $1 million.
