AURORA – A furious 15-3 fourth-quarter rally fell short for South Dearborn girls basketball in yet another heartbreaking loss, 40-39 to Greensburg Thursday night.

Just like the Lady Knights' first Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference meeting with the Pirates Dec. 20, SD trailed by nine points at halftime.

Coach Bob Bressert's team, now 7-8 overall and 2-4 in league play, fell back by 13 points (37-24) heading to the fourth quarter, only to lose to the Pirates (8-9, 4-5), whom they'd defeated 34-28 the first time around.
