AURORA – South Dearborn High School hosts IHSAA wrestling sectional 24 this Saturday.

The EIAC champion host Knights head a10-team sectional field that includes East Central, Lawrenceburg, Batesville, Franklin County, Oldenburg Academy, Rushville, Union County and defending champion Connersville.

Weigh-in is from 8-8:30 a.m., with first-round matches scheduled for 9 a.m. Semifinals and finals rounds will follow the preceding rounds, with at least 20 minutes between each.

Admission will be $6 at the door. Concessions will be available throughout the day in the gym lobby.

A team championship trophy will be awarded, with ribbons awarded to contestants placing first through sixth in each of 14 weight classes.

Top four finishers in each weight class advance to IHSAA individual regional competition Saturday, Feb. 4.
