The Dearborn County Commissioners have called an executive session at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at the Administration Building, 3rd Floor Commissioners Room, 215 B West High Street, Lawrenceburg.

This meeting will be held for the sole purpose of discussing pending litigation which is classified confidential by state and federal statutes IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) 2 (B). 

By law, executive sessions are not open to the public.
