AURORA – In a game of fits and starts, South Dearborn boys basketball marked its sixth win of the season, 76-67, over Milan in a rare Monday night contest.

Rescheduled from Saturday due to winter weather conditions – SD homecoming festitivites now will take place Feb. 15 vs. Lawrenceburg -  Monday's game displayed the Knights' scoring punch, if not their defensive stopping power.

Led by senior center Collier Holtegel's game-high 20 points, coach Rick Shumate's South Dearborn squad (6-10) opened the game with a 6-0 run, then watched Josh Blankinship's Indians (7-9) roar back to lead 7-6. The score was tied 20-20 after one quarter.
