The City of Greendale Board of Works will meet at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13, at the City Utilities Building, 510 Ridge Ave.

Agenda items include Minger Drive extension, Tanners Creek force main, State Line US 50 Project – LPA agreement, Greendale Pool, 2013 curb/sidewalk project, Valley Woods water/sewer issue, 214 Parkside Tract E - Purchase, Project Update, 2004 Ford Crown Vic – open bids and any and all other matters that come before the board.

There will be an Unsafe Building Hearing at 6 p.m. regarding the brick building behind 54 Oakey Avenue (Michael and Bonnie Speidel).

Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. Agenda items include department reports, 2013 4th of July Fireworks Contract, pool update, City of Greendale Comprehensive Plan update, unsafe building report and any and all other matters that come before the board.
