When the ground-breaking ceremony for Ivy Tech’s Advanced Manufacturing & Technology Center took place Friday, Aug. 28, seniors and juniors at Lawrenceburg High School had been digging in to the courses since school began three weeks earlier.

They are no comparison to how nasty they looked after crossing rocky desserts in California and Arizona.

LAWRENCEBURG - Fourteen Racesaver 305 winged sprint cars showed up to do battle for the first time Saturday night at Lawrenceburg Speedway.

ST. LEON – East Central junior kick Nick Stidham kicked a 19-yard field goal with 43.8 seconds left to win back the I-74 Border Rivalry trophy from Harrison, 24-23 Friday.

Freshman Makenna White (20) scored the game-winning goal for No. 1 ranked Lawrenceburg girls soccer in their first home match on the new home turf at Meador Stadium Saturday, Aug. 22, 3-2 over Columbus North.
