Greendale city council was given a week to study a proposed new Comprehensive Master Plan for their community. Redevelopment Director and council member Al Abdon explained at the Wednesday, Feb. 13, meeting the plan has to be adopted before a Friday, March 1, deadline for submitting a letter of intent to the Stellar Communities competition. Stellar Communities is a program which could award grants of up to $20 million to two Indiana communities, and an up-to-date Master Plan is a requirement.
