The Aurora Park Board approved dog park rules at its Monday, Feb. 18, meeting.

The dog park, which will be located adjacent to the Manchester Landing trailhead at the Aurora-Lawrenceburg trail, is being funded with a grant from the Rising Sun Regional Foundation. Fencing could be installed anytime, said Aurora City Attorney Jeff Stratman. He planned to meet with the fencing company in the near future, and said the park might be fenced and open by mid-March.
