BROOKVILLE -  South Dearborn boys basketball completed the sweep of its conference home-and-home series with Franklin County Friday, eking out a 65-62 road win.

Capping the regular season with a three-game winning streak, coach Rick Shumate's Knights (9-11, 3-7) made it more interesting that it needed to be, however.

Although they were able to secure their third Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference win of the season – pulling in front of co-cellar-dwellers Franklin County (5-15, 2-8) and Lawrenceburg (9-11, 2-8) to finish fourth in the final league standings – Knights played with fire.
