GREENSBURG - Visions of a spoiler upset were foremost in mind as East Central basketball opened Friday's regular season finale well at No. 3-ranked (Class 3A) Greensburg.

AURORA - Despite two-straight losses to close regular season play, South Dearborn boys basketball showed improvement down the stretch heading into tonight's (Tuesday) Class 3A opener against Batesville (13-10).

When contractor Steve Linkmeyer of Linkmeyer Development rushed to the podium at the Lawrenceburg Council’s Revolving Loan Program meeting Monday, Feb. 23, he flatly challenged councilwoman Jane Pope’s contention he had pledged to surrender 75 percent of his income to the city until he paid off  $3.2 million in principal and interest.
