Repairs on Ind. 62 in Ripley County for slide correction is ramping up. Indiana Departament of Transportation has been working with HIS Constructors to expedite repairs by operating on Saturdays in order to minimize driver inconvenience. 

Crews returned to the site on Monday, Feb. 25, to begin on the remaining 200 feet of excavation work. Ind. 62 is expected to reopen by mid May, 2013. Completion of the project is weather dependant. INDOT will continue to work closely with the contractor for options that may advance completion.
