The Dearborn County Commissioners have called an executive session at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday June 4, at the county administraton building, 215B W. High St., Lawrenceburg.

This meeting will be held for the sole purpose of IC 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)2(B), initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.

By law, executive sessions are closed to the public.
