Lawrenceburg's Juliana Kemper became Dearborn County's first-ever Indiana Junior All-Star basketball player when she took the floor against the Kentucky Juniors Sunday night, June 2, in Indiana's 89-85 victory at Mercy Academy High School in Louisville. Kemper, a All-State 5'10" guard/forward committed to Indiana Wesleyan University, averaged a double-double for the second-straight year last season, at 18.8 points and 11.1 rebounds per game, for the 21-5 Lady Tigers.
