Redevelopment board meets
The Greendale Redevelopment Commission will meet in special meeting on Thursday, Sept. 5, at 5:30 p.m., 500 Ridge Ave. Topics of discussion will be executive director report, updates on MGPI project, South Redevelopment drainage project, electrical projects 2019, Lischkge Relocation project, INDOT projects, K9 Country Club project, IDNR trail grant, Queen City Candy expansion, Greencomm Drive extension, Polycraft expansion, Dearborn development project update, various property issues, 2019 Re-TIF, Kelsey Chevrolet Project 2019, strategic plan discussion, Oyler proposed project, LCSC Request for funding, and any other matters presented.
Before the public meeting an executive session will be held at at 4:30 p.m.
The executive session has been called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B): Initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. As used in this clause, “litigation” includes judicial action or administrative law proceeding under federal or state law. The Executive session is also being called pursuant to I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4) Interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial prospects by : a governing body of a political subdivision.
