4-H has taught life lessons
When people think of the Dearborn County 4-H Fair, animal competitions are one of the first things that come to mind. People think about livestock and food competitions, but there is a lot more to 4-H than that. This year, is recent East Central High School graduate Jackie Ketcham’s last as a member of 4-H, but she participated in many projects during her years.
“There’s something for everyone,” said Ketcham. “People tend to think 4-H is about corn and livestock, but in Agner Hall, there’s everything. There’s science, weather, photography, and all these different things. I’m sure anyone could find a project they’re interested in.”
