25TH GREENDALE 4TH OF JULY 5K NOW VIRTUAL
GREENDALE - The 25th annual Greendale 4th of July/Voices Of Indiana 5K Run/Walk will be conducted as a virtual road racing event this summer, due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The silver anniversary holiday event benefits the Voices Of Indiana community youth choir education program, which has served Southeastern Indiana and the Tristate area of Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio since 2002.
Making the switch from a live event on the streets of Greendale this year, runners and race walkers can enjoy running a 5-kilometer (3.1-mile) course at the location of their choosing, remembering to practice responsible social distancing.
Pre-registration is available online now at the website of official race timer Stuart Road Racing LLC.
Entry fee is $15. No official race t-shirts will be available this year, but all registrants will receive a participation medal.
Mail entry forms must be postmarked by June 20 and sent, including entry fee with checks payable to Voices Of Indiana, to:
